Hi all, I was wondering how involved PMMs are in your company when it comes to defining the pricing of a product?
If a business is struggling to make money, should they raise their prices to increase profits, or lower prices to attract more customers?
Came across this tweet that touches on our pricing module and I would like to know what you guys think: "Humans can be ... 30% rev share. Get out of here man."
What metrics do you use to arrive at the final pricing of a product, is it be based on the internal costing and ... a say while defining a pricing model?
