'Even more than the user experience or the features of the product itself, brand is the factor in your product’s value proposition that sells.' How true is this in your opinion?

For me; if with brand you are referring to what the brand stands for, customer relations, built up trust, proven reliability, or great after sales service etc - then I'd say YES I agree.

But brand alone - not any more. The days are long gone that just a brands name meant everything.
