Are you using NPS as a KPI and methodology to measure the success? If yes, what tools/providers are you using to launch the survey as well as analyze the results?

Hi Vanja! In my previous role I've tracked NPS regularly - inside product. Every 3 months a user would get a pop up with NPS question. I've use Gainsight PX, for product analytics and in-product messaging.

Than I'd collect the data, and analyzed it based on score, region, industry etc (all data was stored in PX)
